Its Secretariat has developed GFSI-recognized IFA v5.3-GFS and IFA v5.4-GFS (in development) standards in parallel with IFA v5.2 for manufacturers supplying customers who require compliance with a GFSI-recognised standard. When manufacturers are certified to comply with these standards, they will be able to meet their customers' GFSI approval requirements.
